Brand Identity & Website Design for an Event Venue
Summary
Lauren Marcinkoski turned her sprawling horse farm into an event venue — perfect for weddings, oyster roasts, fundraisers, corporate affairs, family reunions and more. Swamp Fox Farms is a picturesque setting on 20 acres of beautiful Lowcountry land surrounded by marshes and live oaks. The family farm was formerly an equestrian center for retired horses and for horse training.
Challenge
Swamp Fox Farms was already a sought after venue in certain social and professional circles. They wanted to expand this reach to include private parties, weddings, oyster roasts and other organizations. However, Swamp Fox Farms was largely known as an equestrian center, not an event venue.
Insights
To create a new brand identity for Swamp Fox Farms, we didn’t have to look far for inspiration. The farm’s gorgeous backdrop was a huge selling point for a target market audience who enjoys the outdoors. Our goal was to create a new look that people would want to wear on T-shirts.
Solutions
With Swamp Fox Farms goals top of mind, we created a brand identity that played on the name of the venue while complementing the beauty of the Lowcountry at the same time. From there, we developed a website that showcased what makes Swamp Fox Farms unique: rustic elegance. Each page of the website tells the story of the family farm and encourages people to make their own memories that last a lifetime.
Results
Swamp Fox Farms has brand identity design that is eye-catching and has already generated interest in a tourist area known for hosting large family events. The client developed an additional revenue stream by creating an online store for Swamp Fox Farms swag. The website was outfitted with event photos and videos that help tell the story of Swamp Fox Farms. Additionally, calls to action and lead-generation forms pre-qualify leads and automatically segment contact information — which will help organizers tailor their marketing messages for specific groups.
