Marketing plans are an essential part of your business operations. They dictate what will happen and when while keeping an eye on your budget. Read on for our two step process.

Step 1:

A Top-to-Bottom Look at Your Business

The first step is to book a Strategy Session, a fact-finding mission and intensive consultative session. This first meeting will take up to two hours of your time with up to three members of your tearm. Here’s what we cover:

Your Business Goals

Your Target Audience

Your Mission & Vision

Your Services/Products

Your Current Marketing, Sales and Customer Service

Your Existing Marketing

Your Budget

Step. 2:

Ideas, Campaigns & Strategies

After the Strategy Session, Bragg Media’s team researches your industry and your local competition. We create a well-organized document on:

how to stay on point with your brand messaging

recommended technology software to make your marketing more efficient

ideas on how to effectively reach your ideal customer

a 12-month content calendar to keep your social media vibrant

earned media awareness strategies for that coveted word-of-mouth

and much more

In the end, you will see your business in a whole new way — with new insight, new opportunities and new ways to identify your brand.

From the time I reached out to Bragg Media for the first time, their team was kind, responsive and engaged with what we are trying to accomplish. Heather Bragg spent the time to really get to know our business before she put together a marketing review and proposal.

Their marketing plan was comprehensive and easy to understand. They never pushed any other services on us. They were truly consultative in their approach.

I would highly recommend Bragg Media Marketing to anyone who wants to take a fresh look at their current marketing plan or if you need to establish one. Their team will bring fresh ideas and value to your organization.

What does the marketing plan look like?

Your marketing plan will be written on a Google Doc. It will have a Table of Contents that links to corresponding sections, making it easy for you to reference as needed. The sharing settings will be set so you can control who has access to the marketing plan.

A typical marketing plan includes:

  • an overview of what you want to do with your business
  • what the competition is doing
  • how your business stands out from the competition
  • who your audience is and how to reach them
  • what social media platforms will benefit you the most
  • what PR opportunities you are missing out on
  • how to develop strategic alliances that could expand your audience
  • strategy you’ll need to meet your goals
  • a 12-month content calendar with ideas for social posts, blog posts, ongoing marketing campaigns
How much does this cost?

The Strategy Session is a one-time investment that starts at $2,995.

What happens after the Strategy Session?

After the Strategy Session, the Bragg Media team takes the research and the information to map out your marketing plan, a written marketing document that your team can use as you see fit. Our ideas, campaigns and strategies are yours to keep. There is no obligation for ongoing marketing support with Bragg Media. In fact, we can tailor the marketing plan with DIY tactics and strategies.

How do I sign up?

First, let’s see if we’re a good fit.

Fill out the form and we’ll schedule a discovery meeting. This is a great time for us to get a general idea of what your business is and where you want to take it.

From there, we’ll add you to our client portal, where you will sign a project agreement, pay your invoice and track the progress of your marketing plan. You can also communicate with your dedicated project manager through the portal, as well as securely upload digital files.
