Red Rock Cafe and Back Door BBQ Restaurant in Napa Valley, CA had an outdated website that lacked the information and functionality needed to keep up in today’s digital space.
Insights
Through consultative meetings, we learned that Red Rock Cafe is a popular local hang-out. Customers like the fun-loving staff and atmosphere. In addition to a versatile menu, Red Rock also is a popular catering option for Napa Valley. Our goal was to find ways to save the restaurant’s staff time and to encourage new customers to see the restaurant as their go-to hang out.
Solution
To develop a new website, we aimed for an eye-catching design loaded with photos of their delicious dishes, Red Rock’s own barbecue sauce, regular customers and restaurant decor. It was clear that they needed a website that showcased their unique personality, as well as all of their offerings.
Results
We created a fun, eye-catching website for Red Rock Cafe and Back Door BBQ restaurant in Napa Valley, CA that features pages of menus (and optional PDF downloads) they never had before. We used photos of customers and funky table centerpieces to help showcase the restaurant’s uniqueness. Additionally, we set up an online catering form, so customers can take their time deciding what they want and that also saves the restaurant precious time. The forms send automatic customer confirmation e-mails and notifications to the restaurant. Finally, Bragg Media offers ongoing support — updating menus, hours of operation and other information as needed. We also update plugins, software and run routine security scans.
