When will I receive my designs?
The Bragg Media team works on one creative project at a time. Generally, turnaround times are 2-3 business days.
We don’t have an automated design process. We have a talented team that provides custom design solutions. Turnaround times depend on many factors — including the complexity of the design project, whether or not we have all the information we need, the number of requests in your portal and how many subscriptions you have.
Who owns the design?
You — the client! — has 100% ownership of all of the designs created by our team.
How many revisions do I get?
Bragg Media’s graphic design subscriptions come with unlimited revisions. The average turnaround time for revisions is 1 business day, sometimes shorter. It depends on the complexity of the project and the number of changes requested.
What if I have a tight deadline?
If you need your design projects delivered quicker, we can expedite the project for an additional fee.
The Bragg Media Team has a specific process to ensure high-quality, optimal materials for our clients.
How do I sign up?
Getting started with Bragg Media’s graphic design subscriptions is easy!
Register yourself by clicking here. You will receive an automated email from the design portal. Once you login, you will need to fill out the brand questionnaire and pay your first month’s graphic design subscription, $386 + a $100 onboarding fee. Start making design requests today!
